While you may not be able to obtain new option modules, you can be
assured that Elecraft support and repair service for the K3/K3S will
continue for a long time to come.
The K2 has been around for over 20 years and is still sold supported
(and repaired by Elecraft). While the KX1 and K1 have been
discontinued, they will be serviced by Elecraft until the parts supply
has been exhausted.
I expect the same for the K3.
