Lyle, Amidst all the technical questions: What all in the way of "filters" would you suggest would be necessary for a K3 set up primarily for DXing? As far as roofing filters are concerned, the next closest DXer to my qth is probably in the neighborhood of 100 miles, so no close by strong signals anyway. I am trying to plan my oder form of course. I intend to get the 100w version and the atu. My question is primarily about the kind and number of filters for options.
