Hello Julian,
 
The situation facing Elecraft is perfectly understandable and I would simply 
keep my finger crossed.
 
However, it is also interesting in listening to other people's views including 
complaints.  When you look back the whole process since the acceptance of order 
in May 2007, you will be able to 'feel'.
 
I am sure both Eric and Wayne would learn something and know the ways to 
improve in future.  What is lucky here (or in fact the success of Elecraft), is 
that they have a high quality and loyal customer base.
 
Just let us be patience.  However, if any of you wants to say something or even 
a complaint, just voice it out.  Criticism could be sometimes constructive and 
beneficial to the success of a company.
