Wow, Thom, you seem to have taken this personally. I'm not sure why. I didn't
even know you were on this list.

How does the statement I made embellish the truth for "my agenda"? Would you
mind telling me my agenda since I seem to have forgotten what it is...

Its called using absurdity to illustrate the absurd. I was making an absurd
comment to emphasize the other absurd comments made about this subject.

BTW, the word is sycophant. Here is the definition, at least the one I think
you meant, since none of the ones at dictionary.com fit the scenario: sycophant
- a person who tries to please someone in order to gain a personal advantage.

I'm not sure how this applies to me since I'm not seeking to gain personal
advantage from Elecraft, I haven't ordered a K3, don't know Wayne or Eric, nor
did anyone at Elecraft ask me to give my opinion. In fact, so far, all I've
gotten in return for my "playing the role" is grief from you.

Maybe we should add a new definition: sycophant - anyone with whom Thom
disagrees.

P.S. Moderator - I felt I had to defend myself against a personal attack, even
though I made none in my original posting. There will be no additional response
from me on this subject. No need to threaten discipline.
