In just how many real-world consumer situations would you expect
people who paid money up front six months ago on the promise of a
product in two months time to be sitting quietly uncomplaining after
four more months?
You don't have to agree, but that doesn't give you the right to tell
people they have no right voicing their dissatisfaction, still less to
use accuse them of being "crybabies" or "whining." At your age you
should have learned some social skills.
