But when Mr. Welk announces that the bubble machine is running, and that he
expect to fill the hall with bubble in two weeks, and promises to issue bubble
alerts according to a schedule he determined...when there are no announcements
one can only wonder if there is a problem.
Being simple-minded, it seems to me that a quick posting on the schedule one
announces would answer a lot of questions.
