I didn't have this problem with #6123. How long are the leads?

The leads are 1/8'. If I use the 1/8" spacers, there is not enough physical
contact with the board to allow soldering.

2. The diffuser has what I assume are polarity markings. Each LED has the leads marked with 'A' and 'K' and the board has a '+' indicated for each diode. Can I assume that the 'K' is the '+', or do I not care?

The diffuser has group 2 rotational symmetry, so it is not possible to put it in the wrong way round.

The holes on the board are spaced 5/16" on both ends. When I insert the diffuser without the spacers, I can insert it either way and it looks like it aligns properly.
I'm not seeing anything that I can use as a 'key'.
