Make that forty or so Ian if homebrewed rigs count :-) When using multiple offset "auto split" I find it useful to have the actual frequency difference between the transmit and receive frequencies displayed. If this display was available in a rig without any form of "auto split", then setting VFO B to the desired transmit frequency quickly would not require any mental arithmatic before calling a DX station and before the cluster mob arrives, very important at 2 am! If this can be done with the K3, my apology for this suggestion. 73, Geoff GM4ESD ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:[email protected] This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
