I have the KUSB cable and it works fine with several computers running Win
XP SP3. The drivers on the computers work fine.I have two other Prolific
USB adapters that also are OK.

The KUSB is just a USB to RS-232. They nailed me for $40 for one because I
thought it was a special one for the K3. It didn't work. I later found one
for under $10 that works fine. Don't buy it.
Elecraft have some wonderful products and accessories. The KUSB just isn't
one of them.
