IMHO an external sequencer is still the best way to have a foolproof system. Running QRO with a mast mounted lna isn't a good idea if you don't have one. 20 ms is not enough for sure, as most of the QRO coax relays have a switching time of that amount or even more.... My sequence timing is around 250 ms, in four steps, including LNA, PA, Driver, and RTX/XVTR.
