Well, I've reloaded all firmware about 6 times and even did a force firmware load, but no fix. Connected the K3 to HRD and the available HRD controls function with the K3. Consequently, I think this is a hardware failure of some sort where the front panel buttons don't work and/or are incorrectly mapped. Does not appear to be temperature related as the rig is powered off then back on hours later with same problem. What is odd is this happened out of the blue. Rig was operating just fine Saturday morning and when I returned several hours later (with rig still on) the front panel stopped working. Guess it's time to call Aptos on Monday.
