From the K3 spec: Supply voltage 13.8V nominal (11V min, 15V max.) I routinely run the K3 on battery as note in my previous post and the voltage averages 12-12.5V and falls below 12V only during contests. The BAT MIN setting remains at the default of 11V, which was reached only once during a test with a variable voltage supply.
