You're correct that MMPO fails LNHelp. I'm not sure why you are valuing
that criterion for this purpose.
If you insist on LNHarm and LNHelp then you're very limited. I can't
think of much of anything besides FPP and IRV there.
MMPO with a FP threshold might be good.
