IRV/STV name implies basing on IRV.
IRV VERY OFTEN agrees with Condorcet as to winner - which makes
sense since it uses ranked ballots such as Condorcet usually uses.
Trouble is IRV does not promise to always do as good as Condorcet.
Some of us value the benefits of IRV over the benefits of Condorcet.
We know they both have flaws.
