The other thing to keep in mind is that, with a mailing list, once spam gets through, it's through. People who get a daily digest are okay, but if you're like me and get elm-discuss directly to your inbox, it doesn't matter if someone deletes it from the list, it's still in my inbox. Sent is sent.
