But as a C# teacher I would say, it is seldom necessary or useful to switch .NET or C# versions at a finer level than complete projects (or at least files). On the other hand: If implementing a .NET version switch at the code block level is not a big deal, then go for it. From my point of view I would not give it a high priority.
