Look at the spam's Long Headers (bring the message to the front, hit
Command-Shift-H)

Is the first line "Return-Path:" and does that show the netpaloffers.com
info?

If so, you can use the Mail Action "Internet Header". Set the "contains"
field to the netpaloffers.com (or whatever their address is that you
typically block on), and then set the "Headers" field to "Return-Path".

That will look thru the long headers for a match to the "Headers" string
you gave, and then check its value against the "contains/does not
contain" string.
