Here is a point you both made in reply. And, I really do (did) know
better than to reply to spam. Just because I'm paranoid doesn't mean they
aren't out to get me ;-)

I got a little out of that habit from trying something I learned on this
list. I was using a script that sent a complaint not to the sender, but
to their isp via Internet header. Well, I am not sure it ever worked very
well. I did loose some of the more revolting spammers. But not the
insidious pro gambling, credit card offers and other passed around
offers. They're like Kudzoo, or fire ants. Tenacious and ferocious.

I still haven't quite figured out a tip that others on this site have
suggested. To put spammers in my address book and filter that way. I just
keep adding a criteria every time one gets through to my in box. That
seems to work pretty well most of the time. Maybe the address book is a
better option I don't know. But just the thought of putting those dam
spammers in my very own, personal territory, address book, even in a
group by themselves, makes me want to wash my hard drive out with soap.

But, sigh, no more replying, no matter what.

Thanks.
