Thanks for the suggestions about AOL and Emailer on OS 10.
I'm unclear on one point: Is Emailer with proper CCL files able to
dial and connect into an AOL phone number and account without having AOL
on the computer?
(1) Computer running 9.2 or earlier? No OS 10.
(2) Computer running OS 10 with classic mode on.
I know AOL cannot connect in classic. I've tried and AOL service
has told me and the answer is NO. I suspect Emailer can do no better
than AOL in connecting with AOL in classic, but do not know.
Note: By connecting I mean dialing, passwords, getting "in". I
know Emailer can do AOL mail by TCP/IP.
