The updated AOL CCL files are necessary if you use Emailer to dial an "AOLnet" phone number that stalls at the "talking to network" part. These updated files became important when AOL changed some of their network scripts. I didn't create them, I just packaged & uploaded them. Credit goes to the author as mentioned in the read me with them.
