No  haven't manually removed the contents, there aren't any leftovers. I 
check it each time. It just isn't unpacking after some checks (haven't 
been able to see a pattern yet). When it does unpack, it unpacks every 
file in the temp incoming folder. So basically, my workaround is to 
launch-check email-quit-launch-read-quit w/o checking again.

If I do this it unpacks the leftovers after the 2nd launch and doesn't 
leave any.

I'll try the repairer to see if that makes a difference, maybe one is 
corrupt but is being uppacked anyway on 2nd launch...
