wrong -
in ths case of minimization, the OS is moving an object placed there by
the user. This would be similar to photoshop moving an object, because
you changed its color.
one of the guidelines of UI - do NOT move objects placed by the user.
another - when in doubt, the user is always right.

again - user feed back - this is the key to a UI.
the user should *always* know where objects they placed are. The user
should always feel in control.
