It used to be called, technically, the defrost heater activation thingy... but since the communications super-highway went through, it's been upgraded to the defrost heater CyberStarter Extension v. 6.3. It's configured with the CyberStater Control Panel which is still in v. 5.1. I suspect you had that problem because you had an early beta.
