A company I work with has an excellent ISP -- less costly than other major players, no limit to file transfer size, 10 email addresses, and real, live, 24/7 knowledgeable tech support, and other advantages over other ISPs. It uses POP3 and web-based email. I haven't used the tech support myself, so I can't speak to how they would handle Emailer questons. I do know that while the company is mostly using Windows, there are a couple of Mac people on staff, and there is a Mac section in their FAQ.
