Sorry to jump into this late (been laid up with a back injury, so most of my email has been ignored). Have you tried downloading and installing the newer AOL CCL files? I think they effect AOL Dialup thru CE. I'm not sure why you would need them on her machine and not yours, but maybe you upgraded yours some time ago and forgot about it. You can get the CCLs off my ftp site (ftp.mythtech.net). The other thing to try is, run your CE off her machine. Does it connect or fail?
