I'm not entirely sure what you are after.

When sending/receiving, only the currently queued messages at the time 
the connection is started will be processed. You can't start a send, and 
while it is going, write a new email and tack it onto the end of the 
queue. You have to wait until the first round is done, and start another 
new round.
