This seems perfectly reasonable now that its logic has been explained to
me and I will probably leave my settings as is and just continue doing
what I have been doing but hopefully without forgetting stuff in the Out
Box, now that I know what is happening.

But no one has a monopoly on logic and my logic previously was: why
would I put something in the Out Box (especially since I was not given
the choice of "Send Now") if I didn't want it sent as soon as that was
going to be possible?

Thanks for the detailed explanations - they helped!

Tannis
