I happen to like inline attachments...I can choose whether or not to save them.
I do miss some pretty nice Applescripts that I was using with Emailer, especially one that allowed me to save only selected text within a message. I also miss being able to change the subject line of an incoming e-mail. Now I have to redirect the mail to myself in order to make changes to subject/body.
Two things I really miss are the ability to command-click URLs, and drag and drop text when composing.
But the number one thing I miss is a group like this one for Mail :(
