It is still leaving Temp Incoming files behind? Or is it just not unpacking when the account is done downloading. You may now have the .DS_Store problem. Now that you have the folder permissions corrected, quit and relaunch emailer repeatedly until the Temp Incoming folder is empty. Then throw out the Temp Incoming folder, close the enclosing window (so you can no longer see where the Temp Incoming folder should be) and then start Emailer again.
