Oh! Well, I sort of switched it when I typed it out I guess. Here's what 
my mail action REALLY looks like. The first line is different. Sorry 
about that. 

                                 IF TRUE             ::: IF FALSE
If "from" Is in addressbook  ::: don't apply actions ::: go to next line
If msg body doesnt contain " "   ::: apply actions   ::: don't apply 
actions
- Action:
Set priority to "purple" and file in deleted mail
