Hi: I have been using mail actions to rather successfully filter spam until recently when alot of spam is reappearing in my In Box instead of going directly to my Deleted box.
I had had my criteria set like this: If from is in address book/ do not apply/ go to next line If from is in any group/do no apply/go to next line If from is Festival Cinemas/do not apply/go to next line If message body does not contain " "/apply/don't apply Action: File in Deleted Set priority to pink Apply applescript " Shred enclosure" Is it because of the last criterium that mails are not being diverted - should I simply change it to apply/apply? I tried to create a new set using Dave's criteria: > IF TRUE ::: IF FALSE >If "from" Is NOT in addressbook ::: go to next line ::: don't apply >actions >If msg body doesnt contain " " ::: apply actions ::: don't apply >actions >- Action: >Set priority to "purple" and file in deleted mail but I don't have the choice of "NOT in addressbook". How could one create that?
