Depends on the Applescript you are want to run. Emailer "sees" those 
scripts that are placed in the Emailer=>Emailer Files=>Applescripts 
folder, as long as those scrips are "Compliled Applescripts."

Once you put the scripts in that folder, relaunch Emailer and they should 
show up in the Applescript menu of the Emailer menu bar.
