Hi Doug: >>in the body of the email and the message is in a file attachment which >>necessitates opening Internet Explorer to read it
I have a couple of friends who always send emails in html format, which arrives as a file attachment. There is an Emailer script called HTML to Body & Strip (which I probably got from either Chris's site or the FogCity site) which takes the file attachment, translates it and places it in the body of the message - much easier in all respects than having to read it with your browser, whichever it is. I think you need Tex-Edit Plus to make it work though. Also, you can configure your computer to open html files into your browser of choice can you not?
