You can also use the program Temp Reader (on my web site) to open, read, and fix the bad Temp Incoming file. Also, you probably don't want to trash all the contents of the folder, it contains all the email downloaded in the last session. When emailer crashes, only the newest file in the folder is the bad one, the rest may be just fine. Why throw out a bunch of good email because of one bad one.
