You are getting hit with 80 character breaks. Plus, that last space is 
not translated into wondows-speak (%20) Those hated "html" email clients 
can handle long urls's but Emailer cuts them up.

Send them as tinyurl's. It much better, and instead of that long mess, 
you send something like 
http://tinyurl.com/3ntoy

(Although your page still doesn't work!)
