Why not create a new email address called [EMAIL PROTECTED] (or 
whatever), used exclusively for mailing lists?

AOL gives you plenty of disposable accounts. Use it, if it gets any spam, 
cancel it and make a new one. All you have to do is track what mailing 
lists it is used for.

Whats funny is that the nospam address I use for lists gets no spam at 
all, whereas, I have addresses which receive spam which never existed.

So whatever you choose, enclosing nospam in the address probably helps.
