The biggest advantage I have found with Mail over Entourage is that Mail supports Spotlight searching under Tiger, while Entourage does not (and probably won't any time soon). Spotlight "Smart Folders" are really pretty terrific. On the other hand, I tend to like the Entourage interface a little bit more. Long story short, I use Mail for most of my email accounts because Spotlight is so useful, but I do use Entourage for my Hotmail account. PS. I used Emailchemy to migrate my emails (including folder structures) from Emailer 2.0 to Mail.
