I've been keeping silent about this, because I didn't want to look
stupid. The rest of you probably already know all about this, but
I'm lost.
As you know, I have migrated to an OS X machine, and it has Classic
installed. I copied my entire Claris Emailer folder into the
"Applications (MacOS 9)" folder. When I double-click on it, Classic
seems to start normally (not that I would know what "normal" looks
like), but then I get an error message which reads: "Claris Emailer
could not open the required file "Connections" because and unknown
error (-5000) occurred. Press OK to quit."
It's a "permissions" problem.
Applications -> Claris Emailer Folder* -> Claris Emailer Files* ->
Connections
*Check the permissions on these folders and the file itself.
Owner Access: Read Write
Group Access: Read only
Others: Read only
