I went looking in the tracker and the list of fixes, but couldn't find this one: If you have an M03 at the beginning of your G-code, and start the program from after that point, the spindle will not be started. If the spindle was manually started with F9 before hitting run, it will be stopped. If this hasn't been addressed, I can add it to the bu tracker. I observed this behavior with the Axis gui and a CVS version from not too long ago.
