At "If you are a developer with "push" access, use...", I assumed I
should skip to step 3, since I'm not pushy. Of course reading the rest
of step 2 would not of cost me anything. My mistake. Thanks.

(Thinking a little more, the last line of step 2 should be the first
line of 3?)
