The pdf has a bunch of formulas in it, the 2.5 html version is just a mess.
Kim Kirwan was going to look at the omissions, and I think maybe it was Pavel that said he did something that fixed the latexmath conversion. I hope I didn't dream it, I am pretty sure somebody said they had committed a fix that made the latexmath work, but I must not have saved the message.
