Just was in jest, of course, credit will also be given, but in reality 
this scenario often happens
internationally.

I personally feel its sad to make licensing  so complex in an open 
source or GPL type
environment. It impedes the flow free associative sharing of ideas ( 
Oppenheimer-endorsed ).

I feel that if you put gpl source code out for your product, you need to 
be credited as the originator
and a dated history should be maintained, but like DNA and 
viral/environmental interaction, the source
is then freed to evolve naturally into something better than the 
previous versions. improved traits
will survive and propagate. Maybe "ProDarwin Licensing"
