All your courts, maybe. How about our courts? _Our_ courts (in the UK) allow US drug companies to sue US doctors for libel on the basis of US journals sold in the UK. (Actually, they don't any more, the law was recently changed after a large amount of protest about that case and similar ones) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Service_of_process seems complex even within the US.
