Hi Sam, I think I fixes the remaining errors now. tort.ngc doesn't violate the velocity constraints on my test config (with different Z axis max vel and max accel). I missed a few subtleties when refactoring ARC_FEED that broke the max velocity calculation, but only for helical arcs. There was also a small bug in blendmath.c that was calculating the max velocity for some blend arcs to be slightly too high. The latest commit on the rc3 branch in my github and the official repo has these fixes.
