Tero,
Are you using specific ATC component or your own , ideally you should not
have to go through all the tools , but this may be a gmocappy problem
or may need some changes to the io to prevent that , in my ATC's i have
feedback from the ATC as to which tool is current , so i do not need to
sequence all
the way through them .

so their may be some addition to the code base you need to prevent that .
