you are right, i included some specials in gmoccapy, but the run from 
line stuff is a pure linuxcnc base stuff.

I strongly recommend not to use run from line in linuxcnc, as it does 
not take care of every "code" in front of the line you start from.

In previous versions not even the tool change had been considered, that 
is the reason why I diabled by default the run from line in gmoccapy.

I have not checked on the recent master, if that has been changed, does 
the machine start with correct feed and speed and coolnat option?
