There are a number of standards that test for CE on DC equipment. For
telecom specifically, Bellcore in the US includes these tests in
GR-1089-CORE (their general EMC document). In Europe, there are several
ETSI standards which include DC emissions, but the general EMC document
is ETS 300 386-1. This again is a general EMC standard and applies to
non-radio equipment used in the public telecommunication network.

Current measurement is the primary technique for Bellcore. ETSI uses
EN55022 voltage measurements as a base, but modify the frequency range,
and specify a different 'LISN'.

Hello everyone,

Does anyone know if there is any conducted emission test required ( In
Europe and in the US) on DC powered equipment ( through a Battery) such
as
-48VDC Telecom equipment, something like the En55022 but for DC powered
products?

You help is highly appreciated.

Thank you all,

Sincerely,
