I would also be interested to know what everyone is doing (or not doing !!). As far as I can gather, everyone is ignoring this issue, as it is just so ridiculous. After all, the only way you can prove that a LED is Class 1 or below is to do the measurements - and I'm sure most of us don't have the equipment to do this. (or the time, or the inclination).
