If sold as "Isopropyl alcohol" it should be 97 to 99% pure, if sold as
"Isopropyl alcohol 70%" it will be 30% water. The latter is used as a
disinfectant scrub.

It is hydroscopic so will never, under normal circumstances, be 100%.
