I have only read a couple of the lighter responses to the question of
electric fence voltages and was amused. However, in case the original
poster was researching an existing livestock problem, there is a problem,
usually referred to as "stray voltage," that affects dairy and other
animals. It has been addressed by farmers and electric utilities.
